We will refund your money less shipping charges (usually $20-$50 for overnight delivery). Return Policy You have 10 days to inspect your diamond or jewelry. If you wish to return it you must call us as soon as possible. You will receive a return confirmation number that must be written on the returned package. We will then instruct you as to how to send back the package insured so you are risk free. Any returned package must be post marked within 10 days after receipt. Postal records will determine this. All merchandise must returned in the same condition as received.  For jewelry: you must not remove the tag marked DO NOT REMOVE. Any merchandise returned with this tag removed will be charged a restocking fee.  Note* special orders and merchandise made to order will be on a case by case basis and may not be subject to returns.
